Lisa Bates, Managing Partner,
started her staffing career with a national staffing firm in 2002. Shortly thereafter she was recruited to work for a boutique staffing firm where she successfully grew two branches from the ground up. Lisa was the recipient of numerous sales awards, including President’s Club. She has experience providing contract and permanent staffing services to a broad array of industries and leading companies in San Diego and Orange County. Lisa received her Bachelors Degree from San Diego State University.

Sarah Benham, Managing Partner,
a native of Connecticut moved to San Diego in 2002 where she began her career in the staffing industry. She has a solid background in recruiting talent for a variety of industries and successfully placed candidates in the accounting, finance, human resources and administrative fields. Throughout her career Sarah has been a top performing recruiter and has earned many awards for her accomplishments including highest gross margin in placements and best all around recruiter. Sarah is a graduate of Plymouth State University.

Leah Ward, Managing Partner,
was born and raised outside of Philadelphia, PA. Shortly after graduating with her Bachelors Degree from Kutztown University, she relocated to San Diego and sought out a position in staffing. Her career began with a national staffing firm where she worked for two years before being recruited to work as a Branch Manager of an independent staffing company. During her tenure as Branch Manager, Leah was consistently ranked number one in permanent placement sales. Leah has extensive experience in developing and managing client relationships.
