Services & Fees
The Bridgeway Group operates on a contingency basis. You will not be charged any fees until you have chosen to hire a candidate we have presented to you. Upon deciding to partner with The Bridgeway Group, we will prepare for you an agreement for the search.

When presenting each candidate for your opening, we will submit a detailed summary of their background, notes from our interview with the candidate, resume, and initial reference checks. Our fee is based on the candidate’s annual salary at the time of hire. We charge 20-30% of the base salary depending on the level of position and complexity of the search.
